Job Description

Big4Bank in Parramatta is seeking a Fraud and Scams Officer to operate in a high-volume call centre. You will monitor real-time alerts, assist customers with queries, and take immediate actions to minimise financial loss for both customers and the bank.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, case management of fraud alerts, and collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Branch networks. A rotating 6:00 AM–12:00 AM shift and hybrid options after initial training are available.
