As our digital presence and content requirements continue to develop, we are seeking an experienced and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our team.

About the Role n

The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for developing, producing and managing a range of multimedia and digital content to support the company’s business activities, online presence and communication requirements.

n

The successful candidate will work closely with management and relevant business teams to develop engaging visual and digital materials across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Develop and produce multimedia content including graphics, images, videos, animations and other digital materials.
n
- Design and prepare digital content for websites, social media platforms, online campaigns and other digital channels.
n
- Create and edit video content, including promotional videos, presentations, short-form digital content and other multimedia materials.
n
- Undertake graphic design and visual content development in accordance with company branding and communication requirements.
n
- Develop layouts, visual concepts, illustrations and other creative materials for digital and promotional purposes.
n
- Edit photographs, videos, audio and other multimedia assets using appropriate software.
n
- Maintain and organise digital media assets, files, templates and content libraries.
n
- Collaborate with management and other team members to identify content requirements and develop appropriate multimedia solutions.
n
- Assist in maintaining and updating website and other digital content.
n
- Adapt multimedia content for different platforms, screen sizes, formats and target audiences.
n




- Monitor digital content performance and make recommendations for improving engagement and presentation.
n
- Ensure all multimedia materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with the company’s branding and communication objectives.
n
- Research current multimedia, digital design and content trends and incorporate appropriate techniques into company projects.
n
- Manage multiple multimedia projects and meet agreed deadlines.
n
- Ensure digital files are prepared in appropriate formats and specifications for online and other applications.
n

Skills and Experience n

The successful applicant will have:

n

- A relevant qualification in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Communication Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
n
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia production, digital content creation or a similar role.
n
- Demonstrated experience producing digital graphics, video and multimedia content.
n
- Proficiency with relevant multimedia and design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent programs.
n
- Experience with digital content management and online publishing platforms.
n
- Good understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition and digital media formats.
n
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent branding.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into effective visual and multimedia content.
