The Role A perfect role for a compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking for work that truly matters n

- Night shift
n
- Deliver holistic care and best practices in person-centred care.
n
- Assist with daily living tasks like hygiene, dressing, and grooming, bringing comfort and confidence to those in your care.
n
- Ensure residents’ established routines, preferences, customs, and beliefs are respected.
n
- Practice compliant clinical care requirements and delegation
n

Who we are looking for nn
- Diploma of Nursing or other appropriate qualification (Essential)
n
- Current AHPRA Registration (Essential)
n
- Team player, professional, friendly, and available for Night shifts at our North Sydney home.
n




- Must have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care
n
- Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
n
- Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
n
- Medications/injections endorsement
n
- Wound care/wound management experience
n
- Complex health care knowledge, and know how – e.g., diabetic management and fluid balance charts
n
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate services, supervise staff when necessary
n
- Ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic aged care home
n
- Strive for excellence in care and service for our people
n
