Job Description

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Design to lead the product design discipline across Sydney & Melbourne squads. You will own usability, WCAG AA accessibility, and the ELMO design system, guiding a team of designers in an AI-native, product-led workplace.

You will shape multi-modal experiences, maintain brand alignment, and partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality design-to-code and AI generation accuracy across the product suite.
