Innova Dental Rosny is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team – and we’re particularly interested in someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You might already be a Senior DA or Surgical Assistant. Or you might be an experienced, confident Dental Assistant who knows you’re capable of more and just needs the opportunity to get there.

This isn't a role where you'll just pass instruments.

At Innova, our Dental Assistants are highly involved members of the clinical team.

We practise four-handed dentistry, and our DAs are expected to think ahead, anticipate what their dentist needs, assist with clinical notes, manage the flow of the surgery and take ownership of keeping the clinical day running smoothly.

Depending on your experience and interests, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in:

- Complex and surgical procedures

- Implant dentistry

- Surgical assisting and running

- Digital scanning and workflows

- In-house and digital dentistry

- Orthodontics

- Advanced four-handed assisting

- Clinical organisation and workflow

- Infection control and sterilisation

- Supporting and mentoring developing DAs

- Taking greater ownership of the clinical floor

You'll probably fit in well if you:

- Have solid experience working as a Dental Assistant

- Are confident working independently chairside

- Understand the importance of anticipating rather than waiting to be asked

- Thrive in a busy clinical environment

- Take pride in organisation, infection control and high clinical standards

- Enjoy learning new procedures and technology

- Want exposure to more complex dentistry

- Are comfortable taking on greater responsibility

- Want to support and eventually mentor less experienced team members

- Work hard, communicate well and genuinely enjoy being part of a team
