Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in South Perth, WA. This role is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.

The Export

Coordinator will liaise with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to coordinate ocean exports and related logistics activities. Daily tasks include booking cargo, tracking shipments, updating systems, and resolving issues that arise during the export process.



The role also involves providing timely customer service, maintaining clear communication, and supporting continuous improvement in export procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong export operations skills, including Export Documentation and Ocean freight coordination.
- Excellent Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship management in an Export environment.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and basic customs and compliance requirements.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in South Perth, WA and collaborate effectively within a team-based logistics environment.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with freight or logistics management systems.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export coordination; formal training or qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or international business are advantageous.
