Lead clinical excellence and governance for a significant new service initiative

SSI is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced clinical leaders interested in providing strategic clinical governance oversight across a multidisciplinary service environment.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for strengthening clinical governance frameworks, maintaining supervision and practice assurance standards, overseeing clinical risk and quality processes, and supporting safe, consistent and family-centred service delivery. Working closely with clinicians, operational leaders and key stakeholders, the role will help drive high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement across services.

We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring:

- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality assurance, professional supervision and risk management.
- Strong leadership experience within allied health, early childhood, disability, health, child and family services, or related sectors.




- Expertise in multidisciplinary culturally safe practice, clinical decision-making and governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting complex case review, clinical escalation and safeguarding practices.
- A commitment to safe, inclusive, evidence-informed and client-centred service delivery.
