Ready to take the next step and manage a holiday park as your own business?

We’re inviting expressions of interest from experienced management couples looking to partner with us across our Parks & Resorts network in Current South Wales and Victoria, with immediate opportunities currently available in NSW.

These opportunities operate under a contract management model rather than a traditional salaried employment arrangement. We’re looking for commercially minded couples who bring strong experience managing hospitality, accommodation, tourism or similar properties, ideally alongside experience running their own business or working within a comparable management model.

You’ll combine hands-on operational leadership with sound commercial decision-making, taking ownership of the day-to-day performance of the park while creating a great experience for guests, employees and the local community.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you’ll live onsite, with accommodation and utilities provided as part of the overall arrangement. Management teams must either hold, or be prepared to establish, a Proprietary Limited Company (Pty Ltd) and valid ABN.

What You Will Do

- Employ, engage, lead and manage the park team
- Take ownership of day-to-day park operations and guest experience
- Manage budgets, financial performance and your team's Payroll
- Apply strong commercial thinking to drive the performance of the park
- Build positive relationships with guests, employees, stakeholders and the local community
- Ensure safety, compliance and statutory requirements are effectively managed




- Work together as a complementary management team, balancing hands-on operations with business and people leadership

What You Will Bring

- Demonstrated experience managing hospitality, accommodation, tourism, holiday park or similar operational businesses
- Experience operating your own business, working as a management couple, or within a contract management environment will be highly regarded
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including budgeting and business performance
- Complementary skills across your partnership, ideally spanning operational, maintenance/grounds, people leadership, administration and commercial management
- A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience
- Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders and local communities
- A hands-on approach and willingness to be actively involved in the operation
- Flexibility around location and an interest in living and working onsite
