Timor-Leste and the Pacific | Infrastructure | International Development

Tetra Tech International Development is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced infrastructure professionals interested in anticipated and future opportunities supporting infrastructure programs and projects across Timor-Leste and the Pacific.

We are building our network of professionals for opportunities that may include Team Leader, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Program Manager and technical/advisory roles. The underlying position profile anticipates assignments varying in scope, duration, location and technical focus.

This is a rolling Expression of Interest to establish a talent pool and is not recruitment for a specific immediate vacancy, however, Tetra Tech anticipates upcoming needs in Kiribati, Niue and PNG. Expressions of Interest will be retained for up to 12 months, and we may contact you if an opportunity arises that aligns with your experience, interests and availability.

Who we'd like to hear from

We'd love to hear from infrastructure and project management professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Infrastructure project or program management, technical leadership or advisory roles
- Experience working in Timor-Leste, the Pacific or other international development contexts is essential
- Experience with DFAT, MFAT or other donor-funded programs would be highly regarded
- Experience working with government, government agencies, utilities, development partners or other public authorities
- Experience leading or working within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Relevant qualifications or professional experience in engineering, architecture, construction, energy, project management or related disciplines

Depending on the opportunity, assignments may involve different stages of the infrastructure lifecycle, including inception, planning,



design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance and close-out.

Areas of expertise

We are particularly interested in hearing from professionals with experience across one or more of the following:

- Buildings and social infrastructure
- Power and energy
- Water and wastewater
- Communications and data infrastructure
- Civil infrastructure and public asset management

Experience in climate-resilient infrastructure, disaster risk reduction, renewable energy, GEDSI, safeguards and local capacity strengthening would also be highly regarded.
