Lead the delivery of a significant current service initiative

SSI is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Program Managers interested in leading the mobilisation, implementation and delivery of a large-scale, multi-site service program.

This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing program delivery, workforce readiness, stakeholder engagement, governance, performance outcomes and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, client-centred services.

We are interested in hearing from professionals who bring:

- Proven experience leading large and complex programs within community services, early childhood, health, disability, social services or related sectors.
- Strong operational leadership, workforce mobilisation and service implementation capability.




- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, governance and contract management.
- Experience leading teams through growth, change and evolving service environments.
- A commitment to quality, inclusion, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
