We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a major workers accommodation project in Bundaberg.

Working a 10 days on / 4 days off, all-in/all-out roster, this opportunity is ideally suited to someone based in Bundaberg or the surrounding region who wants to work on a significant local project while still being home at the end of each shift.

What You'll Be Doing

As Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the accommodation camp, ensuring facilities and services are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations

- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance

- Managing contractors and service providers across the site

- Conducting facility inspections and identifying maintenance requirements

- Managing preventative maintenance schedules and compliance requirements

- Monitoring contractor performance, safety and quality

- Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams





- Maintaining accurate facilities, maintenance and compliance records

- Identifying and resolving operational issues

- Ensuring high standards of safety, presentation and service across the facility

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

- Previous Facilities Management or similar operational experience

- Experience managing contractors, maintenance and facility services

- Solid knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance

- Excellent planning and organisational skills

- Strong HSEQ and compliance awareness

- Confident stakeholder and contractor management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving

- Good computer and reporting skills

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

- Previous Facilities Management experience

- Construction Induction White Card

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Ability to work the 10/4 all-in/all-out roster in Bundaberg

- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded:

- Workers accommodation, village or camp facilities experience

- Resources, construction or modular industry experience

- Trade or technical background
