We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our Manufacturing Team in Bendigo. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established company that values hard work, teamwork, and personal growth.

- Full time, permanent position

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm

- Friday: 7:00am to 1:30pm

About the Role

As a Factory Hand, you will play an important role in the production and assembly of our premium security products, including Crimsafe security screens and doors.

Key responsibilities include

- Assembling security doors and screens to company standards

- Operating factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

- Using hand and power tools for manufacturing and assembly tasks

- Reading and following production drawings and instructions





- Receiving and handling incoming goods and materials

- Maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process

- Assisting with deliveries and supplier collections as required

- Supporting installation teams on-site when required

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Competent use of hand and power tools

- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A current driver's licence

- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

Previous Experience

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, construction, trades assistance, or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded. However, training will be provided for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.

Additional Requirements

- Successful applicants will be required to complete a police check.

- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
