Med-X is looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of our warehouse and production operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping operations running safely, efficiently and on schedule. You’ll lead a warehouse team, coordinate daily activities, manage stock and resources, and ensure we meet our safety, environmental and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the factory and warehouse, ensuring the team has the support, resources and direction needed to deliver outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee daily warehouse and production operations and ensure service schedules are met.
- Lead the receipt, checking, sorting and storage of incoming stock.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment and accurate warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate the safe and accurate loading and unloading of service vehicles.
- Plan daily tasks and allocate resources across the warehouse team.
- Lead monthly stocktakes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise, coach, mentor and support warehouse team members.
- Manage team performance, attendance and conduct.
- Support onboarding, inductions and ongoing employee training.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure EPA, WHS and company requirements are followed.
- Maintain accurate stock records, waste weights and vehicle documentation.
- Communicate operational updates, equipment requirements and team matters to management.
- Maintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouse.
- Ensure safety equipment, spill kits, first aid kits and warehouse assets are maintained.
- Support projects and provide operational coverage when required.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a reliable and organised leader who can confidently manage a busy operational environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, production or waste management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- A current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence – essential.
- A current forklift licence – essential.
- Experience with stock control and inventory systems.
- Knowledge of WHS and EPA compliance requirements.
- Experience with operational reporting, audits or compliance processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, reliable and hands-on approach.
