Head of Campus Administration - City Fringe - $*K + super
n
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the school as they relate to campus life and deliver effective administrative and organisation practice across the school. This key role reports directly to the senior leadership team.
n
Key tasks include:
n
n
Leadership & management of a team of 4 staff involved in Reception and Front Office Operations
n
Communications & publications including parent correspondence and school publications such as the school magazine, Year Book and event programs
n
Student administration and records management including the parent managed database & highly confidential information
n




Events management & logistics for events such as Picnic Day and Speech Night
n
Providing high level support to the leadership team including calendar management, data reports and spreadsheet management
n
n
You will have:
n
n
Solid high-level administration skills,SCHOOL EXPERIENCE IDEAL!
n
Demonstrated experience in
leading/supervising
teams
n
Current certificate for First Aid
n
Excellent written/verbal communication and solid IT skills
n
Solid organisational skills & attention to detail
n
