Mills Oakley is seeking a part time Legal Assistant to join its Melbourne Insurance practice in the skilled indemnity team. You will provide superior administrative support, including file opening/closing, diary management, and liaising with clients, with potential ad-hoc duties as needed.
Ideal candidates will have Legal/PA experience, robust communication, and attention to detail, plus proficiency in MS Word. Core hours are 8:30am–5pm with flexibility for extra hours when necessary.
