Job Description
Octa Medical in Kingswood, QLD invites an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join as 2IC. You will lead front desk operations, greet patients, manage calls, bookings, and billing while maintaining high patient care standards.
n
You will train and mentor reception staff, coordinate with GPs and nurses, and support the Practice Manager to keep the clinic running smoothly as it grows within the Nepean Health Hub complex.
