Position : Full Time
Location : Manly NSW
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 a year

Being a part of Rollers Group, Norma serves breakfast and lunch to locals and visitors from abroad for any occasion and all times of the day.

Norma’s Deli is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef to join their team.

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

- Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine.
- Creativity and high presentation standards.
- Ability to create dishes with consistency.
- Ability to advise on cooking procedures.
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
- Ability to contribute to menu planning.
- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
- Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.




- Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
- Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure setting.
- Effective communication skill and developed time management skill.
