The role:

The Key Account Coordinator supports the Key Account Manager in a team of 5 people, by coordinating vehicle relocation requests across Australia. The role receives requests from removalist / relocation companies, confirms the details of the end customer’s vehicle movement, arranges pricing, prepares quotes and coordinates accepted bookings through to completion.

- Usual office hours, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and coordinate vehicle relocation requests across Australia.
- Confirm vehicle, collection, delivery, timing and access requirements.
- Prepare quotes and arrange bookings through transport management systems.
- Coordinate the movement of cars, caravans, boats, jet skis and other approved vehicles.
- Keep customers and vehicle owners informed throughout the relocation process.
- Follow up delays, changes and service issues, escalating where required.
- Work with operations, pricing teams, agents and service providers to coordinate bookings.
- Support the Key Account Manager with customer updates, reporting and account administration.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure processes and systems are kept up to date.

About You
You will ideally have:

- Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or operational support.
- Experience in logistics, transport, automotive, removals, fleet or a related industry.
- Robust attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.




- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems.
- The confidence to ask questions, identify missing information and follow issues through to resolution.

Desirable

- Experience with transport, booking or customer management systems.
- Experience in a business-to-business customer service environment.
- Knowledge of vehicle movements, logistics or finished vehicle logistics.
- Understanding of Australian metro, regional and interstate transport.
- Experience with pricing, quotes or rate-based services.
- Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, business, administration or customer service.
