At Yo-Bar, there’s always something happening, and we want someone who knows how to capture it. From new products and store openings to team moments, trends and everything in between, there’s no shortage of content waiting to be created.

Live and breathe content? We’re looking for a creative Content Creator who can shoot, edit and turn ideas into engaging, on-brand content that gets people watching, sharing and talking about Yo-Bar.

About the Role:

You’ll be at the heart, and often the face, of Yo-Bar’s content. From planning shoots and creating shot lists to filming, editing and publishing across our social channels, you’ll bring ideas to life through engaging photo, video and graphic content. This is a seriously hands-on role, so being confident, natural and energetic in front of the camera is a big part of the job.

What You'll Do:

- Shoot it, edit it, post it and star in it, creating content that brings Yo-Bar to life online.

- Turn campaigns, launches and everyday Yo-Bar moments into fun, engaging and shareable content.

- Be out in our venues capturing everything from products and people to new store openings and behind-the-scenes moments.

- Keep your finger on the pulse of TikTok, Instagram, trends and what’s happening culturally, finding opportunities for Yo-Bar to jump into the conversation.

- Take the lead on planning content shoots, from creative concepts and shot lists through to props, locations and execution.

- Collaborate across the business to create content for brand campaigns,



store openings, recruitment, internal moments and everything in between.

- Support campaign launches with robust content, sharp copy and real-time community engagement.

- Track what’s landing, learn from what isn’t and keep experimenting with new formats, platforms and creative ideas.

What We're Looking For:

- You’ve created content professionally before, whether that’s in social media, marketing, content or another creative role with a portfolio to match.

- You’re confident behind the camera and in front of it, and comfortable being a regular face across Yo-Bar’s social content.

- You know your way around shooting and editing photo and video, with an eye for what looks good and the attention to detail to get it right.

- Social is second nature to you. You understand TikTok, Instagram and short-form content, and you’re usually onto a trend before everyone else is talking about it.

- You know the difference between content that simply looks good and content that actually gets people watching, sharing and engaging.

- You bring ideas, curiosity and a willingness to try things. We want someone who can put their own creative spin on Yo-Bar, not just recreate what’s already out there.

- You’re organised and proactive,



can keep multiple projects moving and enjoy working with different people and teams to make things happen.

- You’re happy to get out and about when the content calls for it, including interstate travel and the occasional event, opening or shoot outside usual hours.
