Our client, a global leader in the commercial furniture and architectural interiors industry, is seeking a skilled Sales & Project Support Coordinator to join their Sydney showroom team close to the CBD.

This full time role offers an engaging opportunity to combine sales support duties with advanced AutoCAD drafting, quoting, order processing, and comprehensive project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed sales quotations for a range of commercial projects, both small and large scale.
- Produce accurate AutoCAD shop drawings for client approval and manufacturing purposes.
- Develop product selections, specifications, and product pages utilizing pCon software.
- Coordinate pricing and technical details for standard and custom furniture products.
- Process sales orders accurately and manage item codes through SAP system.
- Raise purchase orders for locally sourced products, ensuring confirmation accuracy across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, gross profits, and margins, including freight, manufacturing, delivery, and installation expenses.
- Support Project Managers by providing timely project information, documentation, and coordination efforts.
- Assist the Accounts team with invoicing, progress claims, and commercial project completion.
- Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals upon project finalization.




- Respond to client requests related to additions or modifications of existing installations.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in commercial furniture, architectural interiors, joinery, or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to produce detailed drawings.
- Familiarity with preparing quotations and managing project budgets and costs.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, builders, suppliers, and internal teams.

The Opportunity
