Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands‐on WHS Advisor to support safety across their high-volume fulfilment centre on a 3-month contract. You'll work closely with operations leaders and frontline teams to keep people protected and strengthen their safety systems.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
n
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up
n
- Review and update SWMS, SOPs and safety procedures in line with WHS legislation
n
- Support traffic management, MHE (forklift/LLOP) safety and manual handling initiatives
n
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
n
- Report on safety performance and trends to site management
n

About you

n

n
- Cert IV in WHS (minimum); Diploma or higher desirable
n
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
n
- Solid working knowledge of WHS Act and Regulations
n
- Confident engaging with teams on the floor and at leadership level
n
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
n
