About the role

We are seeking an addition to our strong front of house service team

This role is all about lasting first impressions by attending to guests on arrival to the showroom and service department.

Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership for their vehicle service appointments.

Monitor and manage the flow of traffic within the dealership premises, ensuring a smooth and organized parking and traffic experience especially during busy morning and afternoon periods

Offer customers amenities such as refreshments, reading materials,



and comfortable waiting areas to enhance their service experience.

Drive customer vehicles to and from the service area, maintaining a high level of care and respect for the vehicles' condition.

Park vehicles in designated areas, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled for service.

Collaborate with service advisors to relay customer preferences and special requests accurately.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
