(Full-time Onsite Role)

Roles and responsibilities

- Manage and support Active Directory for user and group administration, including permissions, group policies, and password resets.
- Perform daily onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, access control, and hardware allocation.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center, including mailbox management, license assignment, and user access troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, including enrollment and compliance policies.
- Set up, install, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Image and configure Windows and macOS devices following standard build processes.
- Support and maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment; experience in this area is considered a plus.
- Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams, including Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and user activities in relevant ITSM systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and user satisfaction initiatives.

What will make you successful in this role?

- Australian Permanent resident or Citizen
- Minimum 1-3 years in a Desktop Engineer role.
- A strong working knowledge of IT technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a process driven mindset
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exposure to working with Corporate Enterprise customers highly desirable but not essential.
