About the Opportunity

This unique position combines technical expertise, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement, allowing you to work closely with builders, contractors, architects, engineers and consultants to deliver practical solutions for complex construction projects. You will become a trusted technical advisor while also helping drive specification retention, project conversion and system adoption across the region.

- Provide technical advice on Siniat products, systems and installation requirements
- Conduct site inspections, technical investigations and compliance assessments
- Prepare professional technical reports, recommendations and rectification strategies
- Support projects involving fire‑rated systems, acoustic performance, wall and ceiling systems and steel framing solutions
- Assist customers in interpreting technical documentation, tested systems and installation requirements
- Deliver training and technical education to customers and project stakeholders
- Build solid relationships with key contractors, builders, consultants and industry stakeholders

About You

- Experience within construction, building materials, engineering or technical building systems
- Strong knowledge of walling, ceiling, fire‑rated, acoustic or lightweight construction systems
- The ability to provide practical solutions to complex technical and installation challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence delivering technical presentations, reports and training
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support project outcomes and business growth
- Experience working with builders, contractors, engineers, architects or consultants will be highly regarded
