Hawkesbury Hospital is seeking a Locum O&G; RMO, SRMO or CMO to support Women's Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology coverage.

This role is suited to a doctor with recent O&G; experience who is confident supporting clinical reviews, patient management, documentation and escalation of care when required.

The role is well suited to locally based doctors seeking flexible O&G; locum work in a supportive Greater Western Sydney hospital setting.

Clinical Environment

n

You will support Women's Health and Obstetrics and Gynaecology services across day shift cover.

n

- O&G; clinical exposure – support Women's Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology presentations
n
- Day shift roster – shifts generally run 08:00 – 20:30
n
- Flexible seniority levels – suitable for RMO, SRMO or CMO-level doctors
n
- Clear escalation pathways – work within a supportive hospital workplace
n
- Operational flexibility – doctors approved for all areas may be re-allocated during their shift if required
n

Patient Demographic

n

You will support a broad women's health patient mix, including obstetric and gynaecology patients,



antenatal and postnatal presentations, acute reviews and patients requiring assessment, documentation, escalation or ongoing care.

Key Duties

n

- Support O&G; clinical cover
n
- Review patients and assist with management plans
n
- Complete documentation and handover
n
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
n
- Work collaboratively with medical, midwifery, nursing and allied health teams
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration
n
- Recent O&G; experience at RMO, SRMO or CMO level
n
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
n
- Ability to work safely within scope and elevate appropriately
n
- Mandatory compliance completed prior to commencement
n
- Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
n

Benefits

- $140 per hour for RMO-level doctors

- $180 per hour for SRMO / CMO-level doctors

- Day shift cover, generally 08:00 – 20:30
