You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense, and you will take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance.

We offer an attractive OTE up to $85,000 including base, super and bonuses, plus a glasses allowance, hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, and ongoing coaching.
