Gorski Engineering is seeking an experienced Steel Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Stapylton, Vic. This full-time role involves the fabrication, welding and assembly of truck tipper body subframes and towbars.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Welding Steel components including Hardox and some aluminium.
n
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders to understand project requirements.
n
- Operate a variety of welding equipment, tools, and machinery with precision and care.
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's quality standards.
n
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
n

What we're looking for
n
n
- Proven aluminium welding and fabrication experience.
n
- Truck body, trailer or heavy fabrication experience preferred.
n
- Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills.
n
- Ability to read technical drawings.
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
