In our Diversified Finance team, the Fund Accountant plays an significant role in supporting the financial discipline behind that strategy - helping ensure our funds are accurate, well managed and set up to deliver for our investors.

How you’ll make an impact:

- Own core fund reporting and analysis - prepare monthly management packs, balance sheet reconciliations and analytical commentary that give stakeholders clear visibility of fund performance and key movements.
- Support financial integrity across the fund lifecycle - contribute to BAS, tax distribution calculations, unit pricing, cashflow management and annual/interim financial statements, helping ensure funds are accurate, compliant and well controlled.
- Partner closely with the business - work with Fund Managers, transaction teams, auditors, tax advisors and broader Finance to support acquisitions, disposals, audit processes and day to day fund activity.
- Help drive better ways of working - identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting across Finance, bringing a proactive mindset to how the team operates.
- Contribute to the growth of the Diversified platform - play a hands on role in onboarding new properties and funds, supporting transactions and delivering finance activity that enables the business to keep moving at pace.

- Ability to work on own initiative willingness to follow issues through to completion.
- A degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards an equivalent.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office suite.
- Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting systems package.
