Hearing Australia in Hobart is seeking a Client Service Specialist to greet clients, manage counter and phone enquiries, and support Kingston and Huonville centres. This permanent part time role (33.75 hours/week) includes an initial two-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) to complete onboarding and ensure excellent service.
You will assist clinicians, handle bookings, claims, data entry, minor repairs, and patient liaison, with opportunities to positively impact families
