You’ll be working across two busy logistics businesses that operate hand‑in‑hand to keep daily market and transport operations running smoothly. This role runs Monday to Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm, supporting both Flemington Unloading Services and Fruit Wheels Transport with essential administrative duties, including:
- Customer service and responding to enquiries
- Job entry, POD management and basic transport scheduling
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with market unloading paperwork and daily run sheets
- Supporting Fruit Wheels with bookings, compliance documents and driver communication
- Preparing easy reports, rate cards, and operational updates
- General office duties to keep the operation organised and efficient
