The Role & Team

An opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the firm's highly regarded Melbourne commercial disputes team.

Working closely with Partners in Melbourne and nationally, you will advise a diverse client base across complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes and investigations. Matters may include contractual and corporate disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct claims,



shareholder and director disputes, negligence claims and other high-value contentious matters.

The role offers broad exposure, with the opportunity to contribute to litigation strategy, progress matters with increasing autonomy and supervise junior lawyers as appropriate to your level.

Experience required

- Min 4+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedure and experience progressing complex disputes, along with strong drafting, analytical and client management skills
- Commercial Court experience in the Supreme Court of Victoria will be highly regarded
