Job Description
Most early career digital roles only show you part of the picture.
n
You might update content, support campaigns, or sit within one channel, but rarely see how it all connects. Progression can feel slow because your exposure is limited.
n
This role is different.
n
Here, you'll work across multiple digital platforms, contribute to real customer experiences, and build a broader understanding of how digital performance is delivered and improved.
n
Why This Role Exists
n
The volume of work across digital channels has grown significantly.
n
There is a constant flow of updates, campaigns and improvements that need to be delivered accurately and consistently across live platforms.
n
At the same time, there is a clear focus on improving the overall customer experience, not just maintaining content, but understanding how users interact with digital platforms and where those experiences can be improved.
n
This role has been created to support both.
n
To ensure delivery keeps pace, while also building capability within the team to contribute to optimisation and performance over time.
n
The Role
n
As a Digital Coordinator, you'll work across website content, campaign updates and ongoing improvements to the digital experience.
n
This is a hands-on role where you'll build core capability in managing digital platforms, understanding how changes are delivered, and operating effectively in a live environment.
n
You'll manage incoming requests, prioritise work and take ownership of delivery, working closely with marketing and internal stakeholders.
n
Over time, your role will expand beyond execution.
n
You'll begin contributing to how the digital experience is improved, using data, testing and observation to inform better outcomes.
n
What You'll Actually Do
n
n
- Manage website content updates through a structured workflow
n
- Ensure all work is accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard
n
- Take ownership of tasks from request through to completion
n
- Review performance data and user behaviour
n
- Contribute to testing and identify opportunities to improve the experience
n
n
The Environment
n
You'll be working within a small, collaborative digital team with exposure across multiple platforms.
n
This includes websites, mobile experiences and customer-facing systems, giving you visibility across how digital operates end-to-end.
n
The team works closely with marketing and internal stakeholders, providing a broader view of how digital supports the business.
n
Hybrid working model, typically two days per week in the office.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
- Some experience working in a digital or web environment
n
- Experience using a CMS to manage and update website content
n
- A basic understanding of how websites and user journeys function
n
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to learn
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving
n
- Strong judgement when working in live environments
n
- Ownership of your work and attention to detail
n
n
Why This Role
n
This is a role designed to build capability, not limit it.
n
You'll develop a well-rounded digital skillset, gaining exposure to content management, analytics, testing and user experience.
n
You'll work in a modern digital setting across multiple platforms, with the opportunity to see how your work impacts real customer outcomes.
n
You'll also be supported by experienced leaders who will provide guidance, feedback and mentorship as you grow.
n
Over time, this role creates a clear pathway into broader digital and product careers, including product ownership, digital experience and optimisation roles.
