Country Road Group is seeking an experienced Platform Owner for Omni Channel in Australia. You will lead day-to-day ownership, reliability and continuous improvement of platforms powering the omnichannel experience, spanning digital commerce, store and POS, and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Head of IT for Omni Channel, you will guide a team of platform specialists, manage key vendors and partners, and drive practical roadmaps with measurable service outcomes across the ecosystem.
