About Us
We’re Wild Women On Top, a purpose-led organisation inspiring women to embrace health, fitness and connection through nature and epic shared hiking adventures.
We’re best known for Coastrek, Australia’s iconic team hiking and fundraising challenge, which has motivated over 90,000 women (and men!) to hike our most stunning coastal trails and beaches whilst raising funds for charity. Based on principles of fun, fitness, friends and fresh air, Coastrek encourages thousands of participants to improve their health every year while fostering a sense of community – and together our community has raised nearly $60 million dollars for our charity partners.
We are a small, high-impact and values-driven team with a bold vision: to create a healthier, happier world through outdoor adventure, community and meaningful experiences.
About The Role
We're seeking a part-time Workplace Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of Coastrek's Workplace Team program and build lasting relationships with corporate organisations across Australia.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a dynamic account management and business development role focused on attracting, engaging and retaining workplace teams. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate organisations, workplace champions and key stakeholders, helping them leverage Coastrek as a unique opportunity to enhance employee wellbeing, strengthen team culture, support staff engagement and create meaningful social impact.
You'll proactively identify and convert new workplace opportunities, nurture existing corporate accounts, deliver presentations, and provide exceptional support throughout the customer journey. Working closely with workplace champions,
you'll help organisations inspire their employees to take on a rewarding physical challenge while raising vital funds for our charity partner, creating a powerful connection between health, purpose and community impact.
Success in this role comes from your ability to build trusted relationships, understand the needs of corporate clients and create engaging experiences that encourage participation, fundraising success and long‑term loyalty. You will play a key role in achieving participation, revenue, fundraising and retention targets while collaborating closely with internal teams and charity partners to maximise engagement and deliver exceptional event experiences.
About You
This role is ideal for a motivated sales and account management professional who is passionate about building relationships and creating opportunities that make a genuine difference.
You are an energetic and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders, workplace leaders and employee networks. You understand how to develop and grow corporate partnerships, identify new business opportunities and nurture accounts to maximise participation and long‑term value.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, business development or sales.
- A passion for building and maintaining strong corporate relationships.
- Confidence presenting to organisations and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A customer centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to achieve participation,
revenue and fundraising targets.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A genuine belief in the power of wellness, physical challenge, team connection and purpose-driven fundraising.
Most importantly, you'll be excited by the chance to help workplaces create transformative experiences for their employees. You'll inspire teams to step outside their comfort zones, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, strengthen workplace connections and raise funds that help our charity partner create meaningful impact in the community.
This position may involve out of hours events and activities. You will be notified of these in advance wherever possible.
Success Criteria:
- Strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive and self-motivated.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, predominantly Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Be available to work some weekends and evenings aligning to our event calendar (this may involve interstate travel)
- Valid driver’s license
- Right to live and work in Australia
At Wild Women On Top you’ll enjoy:
- The chance to work with an awesome, friendly team committed to making a difference
- Hybrid working plus flexible work hours and leave arrangements
- Healthy workplace with a culture of collaborative teamwork and excellence
- Training and travel opportunities
- The opportunity to shape and improve business operations
- A role with real ownership, variety, and impact
Please note: You must have a right to live and work in Australia to apply for this position. Only candidates who are currently living in Australia will be considered.
