The Trustee for Shaikh Family Trust The Trustee for Shaikh Family Trust t/a Amin's Kitchen is a hospitality business committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Located at 2/34 Trickett Street, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217, the restaurant specialises in high-quality, authentic cuisine served in a vibrant and customer-focused environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

Skills & Experience

- 1 year of experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and handling procedures.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and organisational skills.
