ARRCS is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our Home Care Team on a casual basis in Alice Springs. You will travel to clients’ homes providing personal care, daily living support, and social activities, with shifts allocated as available.

The role pays hourly base rates of $37.26–$38.72, plus a 25% casual loading, depending on experience. Visa sponsorship is not available. ARRCS supports career development and a range of employee advantages.
