The role delivers proactive customer service, manages inquiries, quotations, and spare-parts orders, and partners with warehousing and procurement to ensure on-time supply.

The position operates a four-day week with a hybrid pattern (office Monday; remote Fri-Mon). You will liaise with technicians and suppliers, update backorders, and provide accurate lead times
