We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our agile team at Wildflower Society in Macarthur Square, Campbelltown. This full-time role requires an individual with strong culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

n

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
n
- Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
n




- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
n
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
n
- Experience in stock control is an advantage.
n

Duties & Tasks:

n

n
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards.
n
- Ensure food presentation and quality meet company expectations.
n
- Monitor inventory and minimise waste.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
n
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
n
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, when needed.
n
- Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
