We are seeking a polished, highly organised and commercially minded Executive Assistant to support a senior executive who holds leadership across a diverse portfolio of organisations, spanning commercial, not-for-profit and turnaround/administration environments. This is a trusted position providing comprehensive executive support across the Principal's business interests, board responsibilities and strategic priorities. The role acts as a central coordination point, ensuring priorities are effectively managed, information is appropriately triaged, and matters are followed through to completion. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly develop an understanding of each organisation's operational priorities, enabling them to anticipate requirements, exercise sound judgement, and provide proactive, high-level support across multiple, fast-moving environments. This is a full-time, office-based position in Perth, Western Australia, with some flexibility to work across locations as required by the Principal's schedule.

Key responsibilities

Managing complex diaries, meetings, appointments, schedules and competing priorities across multiple organisations

Managing and screening calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the Principal, responding, redirecting and escalating matters as appropriate

Acting as a key coordination point between the Principal, senior leaders, boards and external stakeholders

Prioritising and triaging matters requiring the Principal's attention

Developing a strong working knowledge of each organisation's operations and current priorities, including a business currently undergoing administration and restructuring

Preparing briefing notes, correspondence, summaries,



board papers and supporting documentation

Monitoring commitments, actions and deadlines to ensure matters are progressed through to completion

Coordinating travel, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics

Liaising with senior executives, qualified advisers, administrators and other key stakeholders

Coordinating and working with commercially sensitive and confidential information

About you

Experience in a senior Executive Assistant, Executive Officer or comparable high-level support role

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple organisations

Solid commercial acumen and a sound understanding of financial and governance information

A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate requirements and take ownership of outcomes

Excellent judgement and the ability to appropriately prioritise, **escalate** and progress matters

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence engaging with senior leaders, professional advisers and other stakeholders

High emotional intelligence, maturity and professional presence

Strong digital literacy and confidence working across multiple systems

Absolute discretion, integrity and respect for confidentiality
