Our Client Troocoo is partnering with a well known non for profit community services organisation to recruit an Asset Manager for their team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, lead a small team and shape the direction of a growing property portfolio across Queensland.

The role

You will oversee a mixed portfolio of low, medium and high density properties, leading a team of two Property Officers and a Facilities Manager. The role combines day to day oversight of the portfolio with strategic planning for its future growth.

- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, major upgrades and refurbishments
- Reviewing property condition reports and prioritising works
- Developing long term asset and maintenance plans




- Managing contractors, budgets and property compliance
- Maintaining accurate property records and improving processes as the portfolio grows

About You

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in asset management or similar position
- Strong understanding of NRSCH Registration and legislative obligations
- Experience coordinating maintenance and major works across multiple properties
- An understanding of property inspections, contractor management and compliance
- Be willing to undergo a Police check and hold a Blue Card
- The ability to manage budgets and balance immediate issues with longer term priorities
- Experience leading a small team
