Job Description

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be working across signing up new clients, and delighting current clients with your warmth.

You'll be speaking to clients daily, helping them find the right car, guiding them through the in-person part of our signup process, and supporting them with their ongoing subscription needs.

n

No two days are the same - one moment you could be responding to enquiries, the next helping a new client pick up a car, or assisting an existing client to join our loyalty program.

n

This is a great prospect to learn how a fast-growing business operates while building strong problem-solving skills.

n

The role requires you to work on most Saturday mornings, which is paid at overtime rates.

n

Your role is likely to evolve based on the business' needs as it grows, considering your natural talents and experience.
