Wests Illawarra is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen teams across Craft Café, Artisan Restaurant, Port Kembla Golf Club and Wilbur smoker, delivering high quality dishes and memorable dining experiences.

You will help develop menus, supervise food preparation and presentation, manage costs and inventory, train staff and foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture within our venues.
