About the Role: Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal team, you will be involved throughout the project lifecycle - from initial planning and estimating through to delivery and completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing commercial fit-out and shopfitting projects from commencement through to completion
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, trades and site activities
n
- Managing project schedules, budgets and timelines
n
- Reviewing plans, specifications, scopes and project requirements
n
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
n
- Managing variations, costs and project documentation
n
- Monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise
n
- Working closely with estimating and contract administration functions

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the commercial construction or fit-out environment and is ready to take the next step.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience withincommercial fit-out or shopfitting
n
- Estimating, contract administration or project coordination experience
n
- Good understanding of construction processes, and documentation
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- A genuine interest in progressing your career into Project Management
n
