Our experienced, portfolio-based Property Management department oversees a growing portfolio of over 1,500 properties. Following an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a dedicated Property Manager to join our collaborative team.

We are seeking a well-presented, hard-working skilled looking to advance their career in real estate. To succeed in this role, you will be organised, work well under pressure and know how to prioritise tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 12 months in Property Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage an established portfolio of residential properties




- Conduct inspections, bond returns, coordinate property maintenance, repairs and tenant leasing
- Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers

Remuneration

As per the Real Estate Award RE Level 2 + Car Allowance, or as agreed on based on experience.
