Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join their expanding remote sales team, serving clients in and around Queenstown, Eastern Cape . This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a virtual setting and is adept at building rapport and closing deals remotely. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, identifying customer needs, and offering suitable product solutions. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, who can effectively represent the company and its offerings to a broad range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Effectively present and demonstrate product features and benefits via online platforms.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales.

- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a sales role, with a preference for inside or remote sales experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.

- High school diploma required; some college or sales training is advantageous.
