About the role:

n

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our friendly and supportive team based at our head office in Sutherland.

n

A Stock Controller is responsible for managing the purchasing and replenishment of the organisation's vehicle stock.

n

This position is Permanent Part-Time – 3 days per week.

n

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels, ensuring records are current and up to date
n
- Purchasing stock within approved budgets
n
- Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports
n
- Conducting regular stocktakes
n
- Processing invoices and stock-related paperwork
n
- Working closely with managers to coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries
n

About you:

n

n
- Strong administration skills, attention to detail andability to follow processes
n
- Previous Data Entry/Administration experience – highly regarded
n
- Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided
n
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
- Current NSW Driver's License
