Job Description

Our client, a privately owned well established property developer construction firm, iscurrently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Gold Coast. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
n
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
n
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
n
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
n
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
n
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clients
n
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
n




- Manage project budgets and ensure costs are kept within approved limits
n
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members
n
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure projects are utilizing the latest technologies and techniques
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a ,inimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
n
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
n
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
n
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
n
