QBCC on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Assessment Officer to join a team-oriented team. You will work across licensing, disputes and customer service, assessing matters, solving problems and guiding customers through QBCC processes with confidence.

You’ll interpret legislation and policy, applying sound judgement to make timely, fair decisions. The role includes progressing assessments, handling front counter inquiries and stakeholder engagement.
