JIN GUK, a up-to-date Korean Gomtang Bar in Macquarie Park, Sydney, is seeking a BOH Full-Time Manager to lead kitchen operations during the opening phase.

You will supervise kitchen staff and supervisors, manage rosters, uphold food safety and quality standards, and work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Negotiable based on experience and skills; 45 hours per week.
