The role will lead the consistent application of CBHS pedagogy, Positive Behaviours for Learning, the Berry Street Education Model and trauma informed education practices. Working collaboratively with teachers and multidisciplinary support staff, the leader will strengthen team practice and promote purposeful, high quality learning environments. The role will also support students to develop agency and prepare successfully for transition into the Senior Years. Please note that part time and adaptable arrangements will be considered.
